Spring Street Auto Service Inc at 221 West Spring Street, Oxford, Ohio.

Spring street auto was not very helpful when coming in to get my car repaired. I came in to get a certain part fixed. Instead of fixing that part they charged me $54 to tell me that was not needed but instead something else was. I responded by saying ok, I will also get that fixed but please also fix my original problem. After multiple visits my original problem was never fixed, and I was charged double what I should have been charged. Every time I spoke with them they told me something else that was wrong with my car, even know my car had a Maintenance checked 3 weeks pior and was told everything was fine. Yes some of these things may happen over night, but many of the things they told me would not have happened in 3 weeks. They just seemed to want to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge of cars. After countless phone calls and visits I was told my car would be ready for pick up on Friday. As I told them at the beginning I will not be available to pick it up on Friday and will have to get it on Monday, they responded by saying that was perfectly fine and it would be ready by then. Once I arrived there on Monday I was told it was intact not ready and wouldn't be for another hour. As I also have a job, classes, and many other responsibilities I could not drove everything to come back in an hour. In order to pick up my car I had to change my work schedule, losing money, and shift many things around. When I arrived to pick up my car I asked that they compensate me for the money and time I lost by taking off $25 of my final bill. They argued with me, were very rude to me, and belittled my time. They did not take responsibility for not be considerate of there customers and calling when an issue occured like they should have. I will not be taking my car there ever again and very must so did not appreciate how they treated me.
