We had grown to love Dr Morris while being under his care for several years. As well as his staff when he first started his private practice. However, my spouse and myself were misdiagnosed on 3 separate occasions by him. We know he's human and still felt he was a good physician and we forgave him nonetheless and continued under his care. As we continued under his care his treatment methods in helping our health crisis proved to be ineffective and more harmful. He became more rushed during our appointments missing volatile issues for us. We approached him of our concerns in which we quickly realized was not well received. A far cry from the man we thought we once knew. His office staff went through some changes last year. With a new office manager who proved to be rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Their office made a billing error. Multiple attempts were made to resolve this issue with his manager with no resolution. We grew to be very frustrated. Dr Morris made no attempt as well to resolve our issue. We received a letter accusing us of being hostile and threatening toward his staff. Our frustrations and aggrevation were blown completely out of proportion. We are no longer permitted to contact his office for any purpose. Needless to say our billing situation was left unresolved. This was a first for us to say the least. Our history with his staff was always a very good one excluding his new manager. We use to recommend him and his office to many. How can we when he is not willing to make any wrongs right as a practitioner and as a business man?
